We have added another daytime date for a performance of Flocks of Words - our poetry and music collaboration with Kate Innes. It's at The Greenwood Cafe in Coalbrookdale (the Greenwood Centre) on Friday April 28th at 1pm. Here's the link to the Facebook Event you can view and share.

Flocks of Words at The Greenwood Cafe

Here's the synopsis: A collaboration between award-winning acoustic trio Whalebone and award-winning poet and author Kate Innes, Flocks of Words is an immersive, hypnotic blend of music and poetry exploring landscape and the human soul. Grounded in the Shropshire Hills where the artists live as work, the sounds and language quickly become the audience's own and the themes universal. Admission is free so it's first come first served as far as seating at the cafe goes! Running time approximately 45 minutes and we are doing a different set from the Wenlock Books performance in a couple of weeks, so you could come to both! Hope to see you there!
