We've been busy working on a new collaboration with Kate Innes, who as well as being the fantastic author of 'The Errant Hours' also writes beautiful poetry. The four of us have developed a new show 'Flocks of Words'. Here's the synopsis:

'A collaboration between award-winning acoustic trio Whalebone and award-winning poet and author Kate Innes, Flocks of Words is an immersive, hypnotic blend of music and poetry exploring landscape and the human soul. Grounded in the Shropshire Hills where the artists live as work, the sounds and language quickly become the audience's own and the themes universal.'

We'll be performing the show at venues throughout the year so keep an eye on our gig list or subscribe to our newsletter Whalemail to get the updates :)
